At Simply eSIMS, we strive to provide a seamless experience. Since our eSIM products are digital and delivered instantly, the following refund policy applies to all purchases made through simplyesims.com.
Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The eSIM has not been installed or activated on any device.
- The eSIM fails to work due to a technical issue on our end, despite having a compatible and unlocked device.
- You purchased a duplicate eSIM for the same destination in error.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued when:
- The eSIM has been activated and data has been used.
- The plan validity period has expired.
- The device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked.
- You did not follow the activation instructions provided.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@simplyesims.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your order number and the email address used during purchase.
- Describe the reason for your refund request.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong destination or plan, contact us before activating the eSIM. We may be able to cancel the original order and help you purchase the correct plan instead.
