Welcome to Simply eSIMS. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the simplyesims.com website and the purchase of eSIM products from us. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products and Services

Simply eSIMS provides digital eSIM products that allow you to access mobile data networks in various countries and regions. Our eSIMs are data-only products and do not include voice call or SMS services unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

To purchase our products, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a compatible, carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to verify device compatibility before making a purchase.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. Once payment is confirmed, your eSIM details will be delivered to your email instantly. All sales are subject to our refund policy.

4. Digital Product Delivery

eSIMs are digital products delivered via email. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that delivery is instant and that you are acquiring a digital product. Each QR code / activation code is single-use and should not be shared.

5. Data Plans and Fair Usage

Each eSIM plan has a specified data allowance and validity period. Plans labelled "unlimited" are subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP), after which speeds may be reduced. The validity period begins when you first connect to a network at your destination.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. In general, eSIMs that have not been activated are eligible for a refund. Activated eSIMs with consumed data are not refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Simply eSIMS is not liable for network outages, speed variations, or coverage gaps caused by local network operators. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the eSIM product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on simplyesims.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Simply eSIMS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
