Just Purchased? Where's My eSIM?

Congratulations on your purchase! Since eSIMs are digital products, there is no physical SIM card to ship. Your eSIM details are delivered instantly after your payment is confirmed. Here is where to find everything you need.

1. Check Your Email

Immediately after purchase, we send an email to the address you used at checkout. This email contains your QR code, SM-DP+ address, activation code, and plan details. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

2. Check Your Account

If you created an account on simplyesims.com, you can log in and view your purchased eSIMs under your order history. The QR code and activation details are available there as well, so you always have a backup if you lose the email.

3. Using Your QR Code

The QR code is the fastest way to install your eSIM. Open it on a screen (a computer monitor or another device works best) and scan it from your phone's eSIM settings. If the QR code is on the same device you want to install it on, use the manual activation method by entering the SM-DP+ address and activation code instead.

Common Issues

  • No email received: Check spam/junk folders. If it has been more than 15 minutes, contact our support team.
  • QR code not scanning: Make sure your screen brightness is turned up and the image is clear. Try zooming in on the QR code.
  • Payment pending: Some payment methods take a moment to process. If your order status shows as pending, wait a few minutes and check again.
