How to Check Usage

There are three ways to check your remaining data balance on a Simply eSIMS plan: through your iPhone settings (Settings > Cellular > your eSIM plan), through Android settings (Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs), or through the Simply eSIMS app, which shows your exact remaining balance and validity period in real time. The device settings method shows cumulative data used since the counter was last reset — it is not a live remaining balance. For the most accurate reading, use the Simply eSIMS app. Download it free from the App Store or Google Play and log in with the same account used at checkout.

How Do I Check Data Usage on iPhone?

On an iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular. Under your eSIM plan, you will see a "Current Period" data usage figure. Note that this shows total data used since the counter was last reset — it is not a live reading of your remaining allowance, but it gives you a useful indication of how much you have consumed.

How Do I Check Data Usage on Android?

On Android, go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs and select your eSIM. You will find data usage details there. The exact path may vary slightly depending on your device manufacturer and Android version.

What Is the Most Accurate Way to Check My Remaining Data?

The easiest way to check your exact remaining data balance is through the Simply eSIMS app. After logging in, navigate to your active plans section. You will see your remaining data, validity period, and usage history displayed clearly.

How Can I Make My Data Last Longer?

  • Download maps, music, and videos over Wi-Fi before heading out for the day.
  • Disable automatic app updates and cloud backup over cellular data.
  • Use Wi-Fi whenever it is available to conserve your eSIM data.
  • Turn off background app refresh for apps you do not need while travelling.
