Refund Policy
At Simply eSIMS, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund for our eSIM services. Please read the policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Eligibility for Refund
- Non-Activated eSIMs: If you have purchased an eSIM but have not yet activated it, you are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the eSIM service and our support team is unable to resolve the problem within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the nature and severity of the issue.
- Incorrect Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong eSIM plan, you must contact us within 24 hours of the purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Activated eSIMs: Once the eSIM has been activated and is in use, it is generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply if there are proven technical issues that prevent usage.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after activation.
- User Error: If the eSIM does not work due to incorrect installation or user error, a refund will not be provided. We recommend following our installation guide carefully or reaching out to our support team for assistance.
Refund Process
- Contact Customer Support: To initiate a refund, contact our customer support team atcontact@simplyesims.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Assessment: Our team will assess your request and may ask for additional information or evidence to support your claim.
- Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the issue affects only part of the service period or usage. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your eSIM for a different plan or region, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of the purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Important Notes
- All refund requests must be made within the specified time frames.
- Refunds will only be processed for purchases made directly through Simply eSIMS. If you purchased through a third party, please contact them directly.
- Simply eSIMS reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
